As a breast cancer survivor, you've faced incredible challenges, and we know that telling you to "just remove the stress from your life" isn't realistic. But what if you could add powerful new tools to your toolkit? Imagine taking control when stressors show up, never giving up hope, and showing up fully in your life.

Join Tracy from AWARE Coaching + Wellness in partnership with B the Light for a special mini-retreat designed just for you: "Become AWARE!"

This retreat is a unique opportunity to transform your relationship with stress, empowering you to navigate today, no matter where you are on your journey. We'll explore the AWARE framework and provide you with practical, neuroscience-informed practices to support your nervous system and help you find (and return to) your center, the most authentic and alive version of you.

Together, we will:

  • Build a supportive community with fellow survivors who understand your journey.

  • Practice restorative yoga to gently nourish your body and mind.

  • Discover HeartMath and Somatic techniques to enhance emotional regulation and resilience.

  • Engage with neuroscience-informed practices to better understand and soothe your nervous system.

You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch and soak in the beautiful, peaceful space at Menari Body Works. AWARE Coaching + Wellness is dedicated to creating a safe place where you feel honored and lifted up, connecting you with resources to reconnect to your aliveness.

This is an opportunity to prioritize your well-being, align with what gives you hope, and build resilience. Join us to empower yourself and one another to thrive.

Ready to Become AWARE and reclaim your aliveness? We can't wait to welcome you.
