Group health coaching is a forward-leaning group opportunity that focuses on new perspectives for your health and well-being journey while cultivating social support. 

The Fall 2023 B the Light Mankato Group Health Coaching experience will explore what it means to live connected with and honor your whole self: body - mind - spirit, and how strengthening this connection can benefit your overall health and well-being. Health coaching sessions will include opportunities for exploration of the whole self: body - mind - spirit, learning and practicing tools and strategies that foster this connection, and sharing experiences and insights.
